In August 2021, West Berkshire Council announced they were obliged to postpone the West Berkshire Council Local Plan Review due to the Government announcing changes to the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF).
Christmas Tree
The Christmas tree was installed on Friday, 26th November, and the Parish Council would like to thank all those who gave a helping hand, including members of the Council, Dan Jeffcoate, Jay Sylla, Richard Coles, and James and Will Strang for the use of their telehandler.
The tree stands tall even after all the rain, high winds and snow over the last weekend.
The Parish Council cemetery has now been cleared of the recent criminal damage done and will be open as of Friday, 4th December. Please be aware that after the loss of the avenue of trees, it will look a little changed from your last visit.
An inspection was made in the cemetery to ascertain that there was no damage to any plot but should you wish to report anything, please call the office on 0118 933 1955.
