This page relates to the collection, use and disclosure of personal information received from users of the Stratfield Mortimer Parish Council website http://www.stratfield-mortimer.gov.uk.

News Bulletins and Mailchimp

Stratfield Mortimer Parish Council uses Mailchimp as a platform to distribute council news bulletins and updates to subscribers who have chosen to receive them.

When you subscribe to our mailing list, the personal information you provide, such as your name and email address, is stored securely by Mailchimp on our behalf. This information is used solely for the purpose of sending council news, updates, community information, and relevant announcements.

Mailchimp may collect statistical information relating to email campaigns, such as whether an email has been opened or links clicked. This information helps the Parish Council monitor and improve communications with residents.

You can unsubscribe from the news bulletin at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every email or by contacting the Parish Council directly.
