Drury Lane, Mortimer, is currently closed, the closure is from the junction of Turks Lane to the junction of Pitfield Lane.
The closure is expected to remain in place until the 4th September 2023.
This is an emergency closure so that repairs can be made to a visible leak. The diversion route will be signed on site.
West Berkshire Council’s contractor Volker Highways Ltd. will be undertaking essential carriageway surfacing on The Street, Mortimer on 7th and 8th September 2023.
Please be aware that 2 properties in Mortimer will be advertised through the West Berkshire Choice Based Lettings Scheme, Homechoice, on Thursday 31st August 2023. These are social rent properties being advertised in accordance with a section 106 agreement.
