Utility Pavement Works Along Victoria Road

On behalf of Gigaclear, there will be pavement works appearing along Victoria Road during cable installation over the next two weeks. Please note that there will be some carriageway incursion at points along the road where contractors are working.

West End Road Closure Extended to 28 April

The road closure at West End Road has been extended to 15:30 on the 28th April 2023 due to material being contaminated.

Longmoor Lane - 26th April 2023

Longmoor Lane in the Parish of Stratfield Mortimer will be closed on the 26th April 2023, from the hours of 07:00 – 19:00. The closure is from property 36 - 41. The closure is to enable Volker Highways to carry out resurfacing work as part of the highways improvement programme on behalf of West Berkshire Council.

West End Road – Road Works up until 27 April

West Berkshire Council’s contractor Volker Highways Ltd., will be undertaking essential carriageway surfacing works on West End Road, Stratfield Mortimer.

This essential works are taking place 20th to 27th April. Work will be between 09:30am and 3:30pm.

Works will be undertaken with a road closure and a signed alternative diversion route.
