Stephens Road in the Parish of Stratfield Mortimer will be closed for one day on the 1st September 2021, between the hours 08:00 – 17:00, from its junctions with Leighfield and West End Road.

West Berkshire residents are being invited to sign up for the autumn West Berkshire Collective Energy Switch and save on their energy bills.
The scheme runs in partnership with iChoosr. The Big Community Switch offers a no obligation collective energy switching scheme which gives people the opportunity to group together and pay less for their energy. Electric or dual fuel can be switched.
The NHS vaccine bus will be at Sainsbury’s Calcot this weekend, allowing anyone 18 and above to grab a Covid-19 jab. No appointments are necessary.
Hammonds Heath Road in Mortimer will be closed during the hours of 09.30 to 15.30 on the 17th August 2021, the closure will be between its junction with The Street, and its junction with Windmill Road.
This an emergency closure so BT can restore customer service.
