This community-led initiative aims to help conserve and protect our environment. It works by defining and sharing small steps we can each take that collectively make a real difference.
Community groups and businesses, adults, students and children are welcome to join this fun and interactive session.
Part of West End Road car park will be closed off to the public on Monday, 4th July and Tuesday, 5th July.
The partial closure is to allow contractors to work on replacing part of the exiting fencing along the western boundary. This work will involve some machinery and noise on site.
There will be a Jobs Fair event in Reading on 20th July 2022 from 10am to 1pm.
The aim of the event is to get jobseekers back into work. There will be over 40 companies from various sectors and industries recruiting on the day and hundreds of jobs available.
The Jobs Fair is free to attend for those looking to gain employment and suitable for any ages.
This is a reminder that there will be no rail services at all on some rail routes on the strike days next week – Tuesday 21 June, Thursday 23 June and Saturday 25 June. Where services can run they will be extremely limited with much later start and much earlier finish times.
