Election of THREE councillors for Stratfield Mortimer Parish Council
Persons on the Stratfield Mortimer electoral register are eligible to vote.
This election takes place at the same time and place as that for The Police and Crime Commissioner for the Thames Valley.

It is an offence to:
- Vote more than once at this election, unless voting both for yourself and as proxy for another person.
- Vote as a proxy for more than two people, unless you are their spouse, partner, parent, grandparent, brother, sister, child or grandchild.
- Vote as a proxy of someone you know that by law is not allowed to vote.
Upon arrival at the polling station, please:
- Wear a face covering, unless medically exempt
- Bring your own pen or pencil
- Follow signs/guidance and adhere to social distancing
If you cannot attend the polling station in person you may apply for a proxy to vote for you. Applications must reach West Berkshire council by 5pm on Tuesday 27 April. You can subsequently vote in person provided the proxy has not.
