BT Telepone Kiosk
The Parish Council has now concluded the adoption of the old red telephone kiosk adjacent to Budgens on the corner of King Street and Victoria Road.
The telephone equipment has been removed by BT and the Council (at its meeting on 14th January 2021, item 20/078 7) has agreed to have a new defibrillator installed for emergency use at this corner of the village. The Finance & General Purposes Committee will also be looking at providing additional defibrillators in other parts of the village where not served so far.
The kiosk is the property of the Parish Council who are now be responsible for its upkeep and maintenance. In the event of a problem with the kiosk, please contact the Parish Council office on 0118 933 1955 or email admin@stratfield-mortimer.gov.uk.
