Public Meeting Minutes – 8th December Now Available
Thank you to everyone who attended the public meeting on 8th December 2025 at St John’s Hall, where over 250 residents gathered to hear updates on the proposed 350-home development at West End Farm (Site SPS5.15).
The meeting included:
- A presentation from West Berkshire Council on the Regulation 18 consultation process
- A walkthrough from Stratfield Mortimer Parish Council on how to submit objections
- The launch of the Objection Toolkit, now available on the SMPC website
