Four Houses Corner - Eastern Area Planning Committee Meeting 10 January 2024 - Cancelled
West Berkshire Council have advised that due to the withdrawal of the item relating to the redevelopment of Four Houses Corner (23/01552/REG3) from the agenda of the EAPC meeting scheduled for 10th January, and, as this was the only item, the meeting has now been cancelled.
The application will now be considered by the EAPC at a later date.
The decision to defer the application was taken due to the:
1. Late objection to the application from Thames Valley Police which raises issues of public safety and policing on the site which as a potential material planning consideration needs to be fully addressed in the report.
2. A Preliminary Ecological Appraisal [PEA] was submitted on Monday 8th January which raises new material considerations.
