Update on Correspondence with the Landowner – Proposed Basingstoke & Deane Local Plan Site
Stratfield Mortimer Parish Council has written to the landowner of the site identified in the emerging Basingstoke & Deane Local Plan for a proposed development of 350 homes and a travellers’ site.
The landowner, Englefield Estate, has now responded to the Parish Council’s correspondence.
Copies of both the Parish Council’s letter and the response from Englefield Estate are available to view in the attached PDF documents.
The Council will continue to engage with relevant parties as part of its ongoing work to understand and examine the implications of the proposal. Further updates will be shared with residents as more information becomes available.
