Former Garth Hall, Mortimer Berkshire RG7 3TR Public Notice
The Royal British Legion holds the property known as Garth Club (aka Garth Hall), St Johns Road, Mortimer, Berkshire, RG7 3TR on specific trusts declared in 1942. The Royal British Legion proposes to relinquish its role and interest in the property. This may be by way of either of a transfer of the trusteeship of the trust within which the property is held or, if suitable new trustees cannot be found, a freehold or leasehold disposition. The Royal British Legion therefore invites representations and expressions of interest regarding the disposal and in particular would welcome any proposals from local community groups or representatives to take over the trusteeship of the property subject to the existing trusts.
