New Covid Recovery Grant
A new small pot of funding is available from West Berkshire Council to help local areas recover from Covid-19. Each District Councillor can support a local project, or projects, up to £1000. No match funding is required, and the money can be used for revenue or capital expenditure. In the Burghfield and Mortimer ward, the three District Councillors have agreed to pool their grants so there is one pot of £3k to apply to.
Applications can come from support groups or other local organisations and should address at least one of the recovery priorities which include the health of our population, a strong and supported community sector, enhanced quality of life in our communities.
